An audit only works if you hand over real numbers. This is how we treat them.
What we collect
Only what the audit checklist names: a sales ledger, payroll summary, stock counts, bank statements for the engagement period, and an export of the approvals chat. Nothing outside the checklist is requested or kept.
How we use it
To find and price operational leaks in your business, and to write the report and roadmap you receive. We do not use your data to train models, build products, or benchmark other clients.
How long we keep it
For the length of the engagement. Bank exports and raw data are deleted when the report is delivered. The written report is yours; we keep a copy only if you ask us to for delivery or a retainer.
Who sees it
The founder and, where delivery is scoped, the person building the fix. Nobody else. An NDA is available on request before any data changes hands.
Your rights
Patch is aware of and works within the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to the address below.
